​Mark is an upbeat, talkative, and determined individual who enjoys communicating with others and building meaningful new relationships. This is partly down to his sporting background where he is used to constantly socialising with new people on the various teams he's played for.

After graduating from University College Dublin with a BSc in Sports & Exercise Management and an MSc in Coaching Science, Mark explored careers in football coaching, market research, and Risk analysis before joining the Broadgate team in 2022. He now thrives in delivering recruitment solutions in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance market.
