​Shaun specialises in the hiring of Compliance & Financial Crimes professionals across the US, spanning a number of different skill sets, including AML/BSA, Regulatory Compliance, and Fraud. He has recognised the need for his client network to enhance the quality of their Compliance & Financial Crimes teams, as well as their governance policies and processes amid increased regulatory scrutiny. Shaun has focused heavily on unique culture fit and behavioural qualities, and his passion for finding the perfect candidate for his clients is unwavering.

Shaun was born and raised in Sheffield, before moving over to Manchester in 2012 to start a life with his girlfriend (now wife)!

He wanted to get into recruitment to make a difference and to learn about new skills and markets after previously selling weddings and conference facilities in a hotel. From starting off as a trainee, he saw his successes come in the front-line space where he has hit the ground running.
