Broadgate is working with a global fund administrator in Southampton looking to hire an Associate Director in the Private Equity team.
This position will take the lead of delivery and development of the Private Equity fund services function. The candidate will become a key member of the PE Leadership team, assisting in the operational and strategic growth of the team and the business moving forward.
We are looking for someone who can play an important role in delivering world class client services and helping the business achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to improve financial performance
Work with wider team to support Private Equity fund services strategy
Maintain strong relationships and act as escalation point for clients
Work with Business Development teams to grow Private Equity client network
Take full ownership of team performance and growth
Attend client board meetings to present financial statements and other information
Contribute towards growth of business and brand as a whole
Requirements:
Full Qualified Accountant
Post qualification experience in Financial Services sector
Client relationship management experience
Knowledge of the Private Equity sector
Management and team leadership experience
