The ideal candidate should possess:

• NQ to 3 years of post legal qualification experience in a commercial firm, preferably a top-tier or mid-tier law firm. This experience should include advising both lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured banking and finance transactions, covering areas such as business and corporate banking, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance, and project/development finance.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and advising on a broad spectrum of finance and security documents, along with managing all necessary perfection requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant company law provisions and the legislative framework relevant to corporate lending in Ireland.
• A keen sense of commercial awareness coupled with a diligent and inquisitive approach.
• The ability to provide support to colleagues in other related practice areas, particularly in cases where there is overlap with banking and finance matters.
• LLB Law degree required
