Career Progression:

As an Associate in the team, you will play a key part in shaping and driving the development of the junior team members and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take on additional responsibility and advance your career.

Your Experience:

• Drafting, amending, and advising on contracts
• Analysing contractual positions
• Information technology contracts
• Supply arrangements to complex outsourcing agreements
• Completing commercial due diligence
