Job Summary:

My client (International Financial services firm) is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Company Secretary Assistant Manager. As the Company Secretary Assistant Manager, you will provide essential support in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their corporate governance and compliance functions. This is a challenging role that requires excellent organisational and administrative skills, along with a strong understanding of corporate governance practices.


  1. Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, including annual returns, resolutions, and minutes of meetings.
  2. Managing a large and varied portfolio of companies from several jurisdictions, ensuring that their annual compliance and statutory filing obligations are attended to.
  3. Coordinate and manage board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, collating board packs, and taking accurate minutes.
  4. Supervising Junior members (Admin and assistant company secretaries) of the team.
  5. Assist in the organisation and administration of the annual general meeting and other company events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. ICSA or CGI qualified.
  2. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a corporate governance, company secretarial, or related role.
  3. Strong client facing skills.
  4. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Good technical knowledge
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
