Broadgate has partnered up with a growing Financial Services firm on the appointment of a Risk and Compliance Manager. The role is quite broad and would suit a professional with previous Compliance/Risk managerial experience within the Funds sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess compliance risks and develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Stay abreast of CBI & FCA regulations related to the Funds industry, such as UCITS & MiFID II.
• Preparing and submitting required filings and disclosures to regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Risk/Compliance role within the Funds or related industries.
• Strong understanding of UCITS and MiFID II regulations.
• LCI/LCOI are advantageous.
• Experience with Product Compliance is advantageous.
