JOB DESCRIPTION

To be responsible for a portfolio of clients and work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs and you will:

• Review financial statements and periodical reportings under LuxGAAP's
• Review tax and VAT returns
• Maintain contact with banks, Luxembourg authorities, and external providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with the setting up and administration of holding companies
• Organize and participate in board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Review legal documents (minutes of shareholders meetings and board meetings)
• Follow-up the day-to-day operations and client requests
• Coach and plan the (Senior) accounting and corporate officers
