Join a high-growth, PE owned company in this front-facing corporate development role.

You will gain start-to finish exposure across M&A in a company with high-volume acquisitions highly integrated into their strategy.

You'll report to the Corporate Development Manager and be responsible for:

• Valuation analysis
• Financial Analysis and Modelling
• Market Research to identify new opportunities
• Handling of legal admin
• Formal M&A procedures (e.g. drafting offer letters)
• Production of board papers
• High liaison with Group Finance

About You:

• Diligent and driven, able to work autonomously
• Finance degree is essential
• Masters degree is a plus!
• 2+ years experience within corporate finance / investment / transactions role
