I have partnered with a top accountancy practise who are searching for a Corporate Secretary Manager to collaborate closely with the Corporate Secretarial department's Director and Partners, directly influencing decisions and shaping the department's trajectory within our organisation.

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional seeking growth, this role offers a chance to leverage expertise and enhance management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 2-3, guiding their development through mentoring.
  • Evaluate team performance and oversee junior team members.
  • Manage diverse clients, offering proactive advice on Companies Act 2014 compliance.
  • Cultivate client relationships, guiding technical transactions and chairing meetings.
  • Skilfully manage budgets and exceed stakeholder expectations, honing technical and managerial skills for future growth.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 4 years' business experience.
  • Exhibit superb organisation and time management.
  • Possess ICSA certification and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, with interpersonal finesse.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Blueprint software.
  • Balance autonomy with teamwork and engage credibly at senior levels.
  • Prioritise client satisfaction, adeptly delegate tasks, and thrive under pressure.
