Corporate Solicitor/ Associate

Our client, a top tier and award winning law firm are seeking a Corporate lawyer to join their reputable corporate practice. You will be a ROI or UK qualified lawyer with 1-7yrs PQE in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic solicitor that wants to build out their career, gain better exposure on complex issues and have direct engagement with top, global clients whilst working in a busy and collegiate atmosphere.

The Corporate and Commercial team act for a wide range of clients including public companies, private companies and international and domestic bodies across a broad range of industry sectors and advise on all areas of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing, joint venture arrangements, private equity and venture capital investments and corporate governance. You will be:

• Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with general corporate experience in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm are encouraged to apply,
• A team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm,
• Strong research, review and drafting skills combined with a practical approach to negotiation and ability to influence and provide direction on complex matters.
