Finance Business Partner - Medical Device Company - Galway

Overview:

• The company is experiencing exponential growth and needs to expand operational leadership
• A new SAP system is being implemented and you will act as a leader in this successful transition

You will report to the Financial Controller and supervise a small team.

This is a 12 month FTC.

Your Responsibilities:

• Delivery of timely and accurate financial information
• Lead operational aspects of department
• Cross-functional collaboration (Customer Ops, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, HR)
• Develop robust forecast and financial models
• ROI and continuous improvement
• Lead the implementation of new business processes working closely with consultants
• Develop process flows
• Lead development and implementation of standard cost accounting functionality
• Smooth transition of AP and AR functions

About You:

• 5 Year's PQE (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• 2+ years people management
• Similar experience in a manufacturing organisation
• Experience in business process transformation
• Experience with SAP or similar
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
