Broadgate is partnered with a global Professional Services business in Reading is looking to hire a Finance Manager.

This is a highly commercial role that will play a key part in the company's future growth plans as they look to further expand their client base and develop their finance function.

The business has achieved double digit growth in recent years, and as they continue to expand there will be a wide range of progression opportunities available to you.

The Finance Manager will be a key team member and will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with clients and team members. You will head up a high performing team of qualified and part qualified accountants.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage services delivery on all financial matters
• Ownership and review of all accounting output
• Management of team through month and year end reporting
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of team reporting
• Manage resource requirements with team through business cycle

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years PQE
• Experience working across a variety of sectors
• Client facing experience would be an advantage
• Ability to build strong professional relationships
