Broadgate are proud to be partnering with a Global Insurer to recruit for a Finance Transformation Manager to join their growing team.

You will work alongside senior management to support and execute Finance change initiatives and other critical projects. You will be a key member of an international team that supports the business at Group level.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Represent Finance as subject matter experts across a variety of projects
• Liaise with Finance stakeholders to agree scope and design principles for projects and improvement initiatives
• Document requirements where required and validate with Finance stakeholders for approval
• Highlight improvement opportunities to finance teams for consideration
• Completion of testing in advance of project deployments

Competencies

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong financial accounting/reporting background
• Insurance/Financial Services experience is an advantage
• Experience working in financial projects is also an advantage
