You'll report in to the CFO, and work in a small finance team with huge exposure.

You Will be Responsible for:

• Financial Reporting - monthly, quarterly, and full year
• Financial Control - robust systems, and identify gaps and weaknesses
• FP&A - develop models, dive processes with CFO, scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Cashflow - forecasts, monitor FX requirements
• Investor Relations - IPO process complete last year, but continuous growth
• Systems - improvements and enhancements
• Leadership - x2 reports, (Finance Manager and Accountant)

You'll develop a high performance culture, and shape and enhance the finance team to achieve strategic goals.
