Job Title: Fund Administrator - Private Equity
Broadgate have partnered with a leading fund service provider based in Luxembourg to hire a Fund Administrator who will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration of fund structures. The role will involve supporting clients in the implementation and management of Luxembourg holding companies and fund structure while handling various administrative tasks and contribute to the seamless operations of their services.

- Assist clients in the setup and administration of Luxembourg holding companies and fund structures.
- Manage company secretarial tasks, including board pack preparation, shareholder meetings, and documentation drafting.
- Engage in client on-boarding projects, initiating bank account setups, and system establishment.
- Handle day-to-day operations, promptly addressing client inquiries and needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external parties
- Maintain accurate investor and company records, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely filings.
- Aid in the preparation and review of legal documents and facilitate proper execution.
- Process fund expenses, manage electronic payments, and support fund operation coordination.
- Assist in accounts distribution and filing processes.
- Support the training and integration of junior staff.
- A degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration; or relevant Fund/Corporate Administration qualification.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English. (Proficiency in French, German, or another European language is advantageous).
