The role:

• Embed and facilitate a positive compliance culture in the organisation.
• Implement compliance programmes and establish the compliance plan for the group.
• Provide advice & support to senior management on compliance and legal requirements.
• Lead the compliance team
• Manage the relationship with the regulator and ensure the group keeps up to date with regulatory changes.

About you:

• Senior Management experience within a compliance/audit/legal function
• Experience within insurance - ideally cross-border life insurance
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders
• Compliance Qualification is desirable
