Head of Finance
Based in Clapham - 2 day's p/w in office
£80-100,000k + bonus

Broadgate are delighted to be working with an award winning, growing business located in Clapham seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. You will be expected to provide strategic financial analysis and advice on key business decisions and ensure that the infrastructure is in place to allow the business to successfully fulfil its ambitious growth strategy.

You will oversee all accounting functions, managing a team of 5 which is expected to grow with the planned growth across the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an Owner Managed Business preferable (SME 50-100 people) and be confident using Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on financial planning, forecasts and review of actual performance
• Prepare regular monthly management accounts and board pack material
• Assist the directors as a member of the senior team in the strategy of the company.
• Produce periodic sales and financial KPI reporting for senior management team
• Oversee and review day-to-day accounting procedures, control environment and cash cycles
• Manage all HMRC communications and ensure all filings are up to date
• Liaison with external accountants for the production of annual statutory accounts, preparing the company for audit by implementing smoother finance processes across the business.
• Supervise monthly payroll process
• Monitor and manage multi-currency cash balances

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
• Previous experience working in an SME growing environment (50-100 people), tech-enabled consumer-facing industry
• Previous exposure to Salesforce would be an advantage
