My client is a leading International Financial services firm. They offer a wide range of Alternative Investment Fund Manager services and are growing rapidly. The client is London based, however, they are open to candidates UK wide.

This is a rare opportunity for an individual with an understanding of the financial industry more specifically asset management and experience in both in-house and private practise.

In this varied role you will work closely with the in-house legal team. Necessary skills include:

• Legal experience - either as a paralegal or Legal counsel (in-house or private practise).
• Knowledge of asset management.
• Experience of demonstrating an understanding of regulation and can advise accordingly.
• Capacity to produce and advice on NDA's.
• Stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, responsive, independent, asks questions when they are unsure and attentive to detail.

The role is based out of their London office with flexibility surrounding Home-based and a hybrid working model.
