​Broadgate is assisting a capital investment company in their search for a legal counsel in Frankfurt, Germany.

In this role you will become part of the Legal & Compliance team and support the Frankfurt am Main location as a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) with a focus on Regulatory.Your future tasks will include:

• Legal advice on regulatory issues, in particular IFR/IFD, WpIG, WpHG, KWG and BaFin announcements

• Regulatory advice on the introduction of new Federal Future Fund programs, in particular on licensing requirements

• Coordination with supervisory authorities and support the company’ compliance function on legally relevant issues

• Close cooperation with the group's legal department on overarching issues

Essential skills:

• Completed studies in law with above average first and second state examinations

• At least three years of relevant professional experience

• Fluent German and English

• Independent way of working and willingness to make decisions
