Job description

Responsibilities

* You will be responsible for managing multiple deal teams, supporting our Partner in leading internal transaction teams and acting with a clear clients-first approach.

* You will support transactions from mandate to successful closing and act as a central point of contact for clients and investors during the transactions

* You coordinate the teams that accompany the operational implementation of the deals and always keep track of all important aspects of the respective projects

* You do not settle for the status quo, but actively design processes to ensure the most qualitative and efficient transaction process possible

* You are responsible for monitoring the progress of transactions and ensure that success is achieved in as many transactions as possible.

Qualifications

* You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable degree with a corporate finance focus with outstanding success

* You have already gained 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or in the corporate finance environment

* You have excellent people skills and are able to effectively accompany discussions and negotiations even in complex situations and to inspire your discussion partners

You have strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as a strong team spirit

* You are very well organized and 100% reliable

* You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

* You have a very good command of English
