Broadgate have partnered with a growing reinsurance organisation in Dublin to recruit for a Group Reporting Accountant.

You will be mainly responsible for assisting the Group Reporting team with the GAAP, IFRS, Solvency II and regulatory submissions. You will also support the IFRS 17 technical and financial reporting team.

Other responsibilities;

• Prepare and review financial analysis on the technical results.
• Present back on technical results to the stakeholders.
• Support the production of externally reported results and financial statements for the Group.
• Support ongoing project work on the finance team

About you;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA etc)
• At least 2 years of experience working in the reinsurance industry or else as part of a Big 4 firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 IS an advantage (albeit not essential)
• Strong team player with a good attention to detail
