Broadgate has recently partnered with a renowned Big 4 firm in the search for professionals specialising in operational resilience, ideally with expertise in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational resilience frameworks for various clients in alignment with regulatory requirements (including DORA).
- Lead efforts to identify critical business services, analyse risks, and develop effective continuity plans and impact tolerances.
- Support clients through scenario testing and incident management to strengthen their operational resilience strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving regulatory standards, particularly DORA, to help clients build forward-looking resilience capabilities.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Risk Management or a related field is required for Senior Managers, while a Bachelor's degree is acceptable for Managers and Consultants.
- Significant experience in operational resilience and/or business continuity: 7+ years for Senior Managers, 5+ years for Managers, and 2+ years for Consultants.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for Senior Managers and Managers; Consultants will play a supporting role within resilience teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like DORA, and experience working with operational resilience within the financial services sector is a strong advantage.
