The Role:

• Leading and motivating the team
• Embedding strong controls and processes
• Month-end activities, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Continuous improvement and driving efficiencies
• Leading the audit
• Assisting CFO with budgeting and forecasting
• Ad-hoc: including, analysis of trends and operations
• Cross-departmental liaison/business partnering
