Senior Fund Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the primary contact on daily fund administration matters for the clients
  • Proactive liaise with clients, lawyers, auditors
  • Coordinate secretarial matters for client corporate entities
  • Prepare board meetings
  • Ensure internal policies and procedures and support others
  • Ensure completion of administrative matters for Luxembourg entities under administration including AML/KYC, maintaining fund register files ,processing distributions and capital calls.
  • Assist clients and the PE team with new products and transactions
  • Support the assistant manager in providing coaching to trainees

Profile

  • University degree or similar professional qualification Experience
  • Experience working with Alternative Investment Funds is highly desirable ( Private Equity and Real Estate)
  • Experience in preparation of board minutes and resolutions
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience preferably as Fund Administrator . legal officer, paralegal, company secretary or in a similar role
  • Good understanding of AML and KYC requirements
