Senior Administrator - Real Estate
Our Client is a Global Asset Service provider specialised in accounting and fund administration for Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt assets and Family Office Services. They're are currently on the search for a Senior Administrator to join their Real Estate Funds Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Being the primary contact on daily fund administration matters for the clients
- Proactive liaise with clients, lawyers, auditors
- Coordinate secretarial matters for client corporate entities
- Prepare board meetings
- Ensure internal policies and procedures and support others
- Ensure completion of administrative matters for Luxembourg entities under administration including AML/KYC, maintaining fund register files ,processing distributions and capital calls.
- Assist clients and the PE team with new products and transactions
- Support the assistant manager in providing coaching to trainees
Profile
- University degree or similar professional qualification Experience
- Experience working with Alternative Investment Funds is highly desirable ( Private Equity and Real Estate)
- Experience in preparation of board minutes and resolutions
- 4 years of relevant industry experience preferably as Fund Administrator . legal officer, paralegal, company secretary or in a similar role
- Good understanding of AML and KYC requirements
