My client is a well-respected international firm and is at a peak of growth, hence looking to add a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Team.

The team's spread of work is broad, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private equity, Venture Capital, Joint Ventures and group Restructurings. Sectors of strength include:

• Energy & Renewables,
• Health & Care
• Lifesciences

The successful candidate will help to drive the business forwards. There is plenty of room for growth at all levels and the successful applicant will be supported in their development and career progression.

• Experience working in a Private Equity team.
• Be a team player and the ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with clients when necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience

3-6 Years PQE, Private Equity experience and working within M&A will be advantageous.
