Compliance Manager/Senior Compliance Manager

Salary £55-60k

Sheffield Area (Hybrid - 2/3 days a week wfh)

This is a family-owned business with a strong reputation in the mortgages sector, seeking out an experienced Compliance professional to take on a challenging and integral position in the Risk & Compliance function.

The main areas of focus are:

• Regulatory reporting - understanding of the relevant portals/systems, working with the relevant stakeholders to co-ordinate producing the reports
• Consumer duty - able to both advise and complete thematic-based reviews and/or audits
• Knowledge of the obligations of MCOB, ideally a specialist lender background would be suitable for this

The role ultimately intersects across advisory, policy and monitoring, so would suit someone with a generalist background and seeking a role in a smaller organisation, with the ability and keenness to undertake wide-ranging tasks.
