This role will provide you the opportunity to work within a well-established general insurance company with a nationwide presence. You will join their existing compliance team as the Compliance Monitoring expert. It's a company that values their employees and places a real emphasis on building a positive culture.

Your role:

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews
• Development and implementation of the Compliance Framework and delivery of the Compliance Plan
• Work with management to develop practical solutions for issues identified

About you:

• 3+ years' experience in a compliance or internal audit role
• Ideally a general insurance background - wider financial services would also work
• Strong understanding of Conduct Risk requirements
