The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance or risk management focused role within the Swiss financial services sector. Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer

Location: Zurich

Salary: CHF140k

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for, continuously improve and maintain the entire compliance framework, including the identification, assessment and monitoring of relevant compliance risks (focusing on anti-money laundering, market conduct, conflicts of interest, advisory and other financial services-related risks)
• Support with execution of the compliance activity plan
• Support monitoring and reporting to both, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on adherence to the compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience in financial services and a focus on compliance/risk management.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & German.
• Pro-active and ambitious.
