Senior Finance Manager - Pharma

Overview:

• Join the world's largest consumer healthcare business in this newly created Senior Finance Manager role to help support the growth
• You'll influence senior stakeholders and act as part of the SLT
• A varied role with great breadth and depth with the idea to become the Finance Director's successor
• Financial controlling/financial consultant experience would be beneficial

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management activities for business unit
• Challenge and question the norm and provide improvement suggestions
• Actively contribute to financial and business performance
• Provide expert advice and analysis to the business
• Analyse monthly reports, actuals, budgets, plans, forecasts - provide commentary
• Key point of contact and representative for the Finance Function

About You:

• 5+ years PQE
• Proven experience in a leadership role in a global organisation
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to bridge communication gaps between finance and non-finance
• Understanding of financial governance systems and processes (e.g. SAP, Cognos, Workday)
