Senior Organisational Change Manager

Working closely with the COO, you will be a key part of the Operations function, as focal point for change management and project management initiatives, which drives organisational performance and efficiencies in supporting the needs of the business. You will Develop and update the Operations strategy for the Company and drive Productivity using clear action plans

You'll be an ambassador for Digitalization, Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture, in terms of focus, organizational setup, principles and standards.

Your day-today

  • Design and evaluate solutions (methodology, process, sourcing, automation, etc.) to support business opportunities and address business issues
  • Assist key stakeholders in designing business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for increasing efficiency & improvement.
  • Work with the management team to identify project objectives, budgets and timelines; acts as a central project office for the whole Company
  • In conjunction with the business, implement best in class solutions which support optimum strategic workforce planning solutions across all areas within the business
  • Oversee all cross functional project plans including delivery of KPI's , metrics and reporting to inform and assist relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of best practice initiatives which benefit the organisational business strategy
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and
  • modernize solutions
  • Monitor and report on (main) project performance to ensure resource control and benefit realization
  • Connect the dots among different opportunities/issues to identify synergic/common solutions
  • Engage with fintech partners, external stakeholders etc.
  • Carry out market research for key developments together with key stakeholders (e.g. Market Management, insurance Ireland, etc.)
  • Monitor key regulatory updates and provide update to COO
