Senior Transfer Agent - 1 Year FTC

Our Client is a World Renowned Asset Manager with a need for extra assistance due to a large remediation project , this would be a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading asset manager with exposure to All Cap Funds.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the shareholder register of the funds in cooperation with the AML and KYC team
• Collect, analyse and place investor instructions received (subscriptions, redemption's, switch, etc.)
• Prepare and control cash movements, share trades, distributions and capital calls
• Perform cash reconciliations on TA transactions
• Generate Cash Flow forecast and Contract Notes
• Communicate to clients about operational topics
• Contribute to the improvement the processes in the department
• Play a key role contributing with your knowledge in projects related to the department
