Broadgate are working with a multinational financial services company to recruit for a Trainee Accountant to join their growing team.

You will be a key part of a Finance team that offers financial accounting, regulatory and statutory reporting services to a broad portfolio of international business clients.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for client companies
• Liaising with external parties, such as auditors and tax advisors
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Bank reconciliations

Competencies

• 2 years+ relevant practical experience in industry or practise
• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Maths/Law (Minimum 2.2 degree with strong academics)
• Must have the desire to complete accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA)
• Must be ambitious and able to work on own initiative
