Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Treasury - Securitisation Manager to join an ambitious FinTech start-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securitisation reporting and is excited by the opportunity to join dynamic team at a time of growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Treasury systems and integration with the broader ecosystem to automate Treasury activities where possible.
  • Support the Head of F&T in the execution and on-going management of secured funding programmes including covered bond programme and warehouse facilities.
  • Support compliance with all regulatory limits and board approved liquidity risk appetite.
  • Manage cash, investments and liquidity in line with Board appetite and secured funding programme requirements.
  • Assist with the management of end-to-end operational control processes for treasury activities
  • Assist with regulatory projects and reporting including documentation of procedures and processes
  • Prepare investor reports and general treasury reporting
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new counterparties and service providers

Experience:

  • Securitisation and/or Covered Bonds management background, with previous experience in a treasury function
  • In-depth understanding of securitisation/covered bonds mechanics and a familiarity with a securitisation and analytics reporting environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and drafting skills appropriate for all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills
  • Familiarity with documenting procedures, processes and controls
  • Strong Microsoft excel, VBA and SQL skills and ability to amend and update models, analyse data from multiple sources
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with team members to find optimal solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication and drafting skills appropriate for all levels of the organisation
