Job description

Currently working with a fund and private equity administration business looking for an assistant company secretary within their Southampton office.

Ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to Real Estate and Corporate clients. Supervise junior team members, maintain client relationships, and uphold their standards.


  • Deliver excellent client service and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Develop personal skills in alignment with performance objectives and values.
  • Collaborate effectively with London-based team members, directors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise junior staff, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Organise workload efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Manage client correspondence, administrative tasks, and governance duties.
  • Oversee payment and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


  • Level 4 IFA or COFA qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Sound understanding of local finance industry regulations.


  • Higher education qualification.
  • Membership in professional bodies like CGI.
  • Experience in corporate governance.
  • Additional professional qualifications related to finance and administration.
