As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of the office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Secretarial and Administrative:
- Admin tasks: filing, correspondence, and document review.
- Managing calls, diaries, and travel arrangements.
- Monitoring inboxes and creating client profiles
- Assisting with billing and collections.
- Analysing time reports and disbursements.
- Preparing draft billings for approval by fee earners/partners.
- Issuing final bills to clients.
CRM System (Peppermint):
- Adding partner and fee earner contacts.
- Ensuring data accuracy, including accurate profiling.
- Incorporating partner and fee earner marketing and business development activities into our contact list.
- Handling general office duties as required.
- Managing work received from visiting partners/fee earners through the general secretarial inbox.
Education: GCSE/A-Level education required
- Prior admin experience with listed tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and Elite (or similar).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Secretarial or administration qualifications are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a legal environment is a plus but not essential.
- Candidates with some previous company secretarial administrative experience will be considered favourably.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
