Broadgate has partnered up with a growing asset management firm looking to add a Compliance Manager to their team.

Duties:

• Developing and executing the Annual Compliance Plan and the company's Policies and Procedures.
• Horizon scanning of relevant regulations (MAR, Conflicts of Interest, GDPR, AML, Fitness and Probity Standards, etc.) and providing training to wider business when appropriate.
• Stakeholder management.
• Managing, reporting and updating the Board, CBI, senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing new processes and controls related to upcoming regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Compliance within Asset Management.
• Educational: Accounting, Business or Legal degree and LCOI qualified.
• Knowledge: UCITS Regulations, Financial products & markets markets, ESG, MiFID, AIFMD, etc.
