Head of Finance/Finance Director - Real Estate

This is a newly-created position for someone wanting to take on an exciting new project. The business is part of an Investment Fund that is focused on Berlin Real Estate.

The role would suit someone looking for progression, and create a niche for themselves with a growing company, with the energy to build out the finance/accounting function from scratch.

Role

• Financial reporting in line with IFRS
• Preparing HGB financial statements
• Consolidation processes
• Management of the group reporting of the subsidiaries

Your Profile

• Real Estate experience (essential)
• Experience in IFRS accounting or similar
• Desire to grow personally and also have ownership of their own team
• German and English communication skills an advantage
