Broadgate is partnered with a high growth Financial Services firm in Southampton looking to hire a Head of Finance. The business specialise in AIFM services and are looking to bring in a senior finance leader to spearhead their impressive growth plans.

You will be a key member of the leadership team and responsible for executing ambitious expansion plans while delivering a world class service from top to bottom of the finance function, improving efficiencies and building strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the overall expansion of the finance function and wider business
• Ownership of all central and commercial finance functions
• Business partnering with key stakeholders in wider group
• Develop strong understanding of AIFM service lines
• Ownership of people and culture plan to maintain excellent staff attraction and retention
• Managements of budgeting and financial forecast

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant, ideally 7+ years PQE
• Proven ability to motivate and lead high performing teams
• Experience working in Financial Services
