Legal Counsel
Job description
Broadgate is partnered with a leading Private Investment Office, who invest in a we range of Alternative Assets. They are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to help with the future expansion of the firm. The role sits in a dynamic and high performing legal, risk and compliance function, reporting into the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Management of fund subscriptions process
- Manage AML and KYC responsibilities
- Annual tax and regulatory filings
- Review and negotiate NDAs
- Assist company secretarial function
- Oversight of external counsel
- Coordinate signatures of legal documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in law
- 3 years of experience in financial services
- Must be able to speak German and English
- Resident of Switzerland
