​At Broadgate Search, which is part of Trinnovo Group, we always want to make an impact and we work closely with our charity partners to help them co-define the impact they seek as an inclusion-focused organisation. 

A group from our Manchester office visited our wonderful charity partner, Smart Works Greater Manchester, where they told us all about their organisation, showed us around, and of course, we got the opportunity to help out, too. 

Every month, Smart Works Greater Manchester provides: 
- 32 first dressings - a session where the client tries on clothes for their upcoming interview with a stylist. This also includes a coaching session with an HR coach. 
- 22 career coaching sessions - a meeting where the clients get advice from an HR coach about transferable skills that they have. 
- 6-second dressings - a meeting where the clients come back for a second fitting and a set of new clothes for them to wear during their first time in their new job. 
- An average of 54 women are helped into employment every month by Smart Works.
