Michelle O’Hara is the Managing Director of Thursfields Legal Limited, a full service regional law firm in the West Midlands.
Before becoming Managing Director, Michelle practised as employment law solicitor and has over 25 years’ experience working with a broad range of clients.
She is also HR Qualified (MCIPD) and a Member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
Michelle is passionate about building inclusive culture at work. Thursfields was the winner of the Law Society’s “Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion” award in 2021.
