Joining a dynamic team, the company seeks a proactive and ambitious Technology Associate who is 2-4 years PQE. This role is ideal for an individual experienced in advising on technology-related matters, drafting contracts, and managing client interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel on technology and data protection matters within a Commercial Technology team.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for international clients across various sectors.
• Advise on commercial contracts, data protection, cyber security, licensing, systems implementation, outsourcing, cloud services, e-commerce, and intellectual property.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 2-4 years PQE in a large or medium-sized firm.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing files and interacting directly with clients.
• Confident in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work outputs.
• Flexible approach to work, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
