We are working with a Global Financial Services business looking to hire a Client Director on the Private Trust team.

As Client Director you will lead a team as they manage a varied portfolio of UK trusts and estates. You will be responsible for high level client relationship management as well as ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Manage, coach and develop team members to enable maximum client service
• Lead the client relationship management function
• Manage delivery for key clients, assuring high quality SLAs
• Responsible for delivery of team revenue targets
• Involvement in new business development

Key requirements:

• STEP Qualified or equivalent
• Sound knowledge of UK Trust
• Experience of client relationship management
• Proven management experience
