Administrator - Company Secretarial

This is a rare opportunity for an individual with an understanding of corporate governance and relevant experience in the finance industry. Additionally, good knowledge and understanding of the local finance industry with experience of company law and corporate governance.

In this varied role you will work closely with the company secretary and your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of group in house companies which will include supporting the full range of company secretarial tasks.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Responsibility for statutory records and filling regulatory documentation.
  • Preparing draft meeting agendas and supporting the production of board packs.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a team player and have a commitment to delivering great service to both clients and stakeholders. Moreover, you will be studying all be willing to study for the ICSA.

The role is based out of their Whiteley office and offers hybrid working with the potential of reduced hours. They are offering a competitive salary package and additional support for further related studies.
