Corporate Administrator - Board Governance

Southampton, Hybrid, Financial services:

A global financial services organisation is searching for a corporate admin to join their Corporate services team.

This role will report directly into the hiring manager and would consist but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Attend and coordinating board meetings.
  • Taking detailed and preparing minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records for all entities administered including contact information, shareholder details and processing all changes thereon.
  • Incorporation of companies / partnerships, annual and other ad hoc filings on Registrar portals.

The ideal candidate would posses the following skills:

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous administration and / or company secretarial experience.Relevant degree and/or commencement of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGi/ICSA) qualifications preferable.
  • Financial services experience is preferable.
