Experience: At least 3 year's PQE in corporate law.
Focus: Primarily on M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Representing companies across various developmental stages.
• Providing Silicon Valley-style business and legal advice to UK and European tech companies.
• Supporting growth from launch to exit, including scaling, fundraising, and strategic transactions.
• Mentoring and training junior associates.

Requirements:

• UK qualified with Solicitor's Practising Certificate.
• 3-5 year's PQE, predominantly in M&A.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with knowledge of tech and VC sectors.
• Cross-border M&A knowledge is a plus.
