The firm's ideal candidate will be commercial, entrepreneurial and technically sound. You will also have a broad understanding of the following:

• Advising on the structure and design, implementation and operation of reward structures, employee equity and cash incentive plans
• Drafting a wide range of share plan documentation (plan rules, shareholder circulars, board and remuneration committee meetings, employer and employee communications, trust documentation etc)
