This is a Team Lead position, responsible for 4-6 direct reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Commercial Finance - understand business drivers, and provide insights and analysis
• Financial Reporting - monthly reporting packs, financial insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting - annual budgets, 5-year plan, reforecasts etc.
• Financial Control - ensure timely month-end close
• Audit - internal/external, statutory accounts
• M&A - support integration activities
• Continuous Improvement - drive both business and commercial agendas, aim for best-in-class mentality
• People Management - build, manage and develop finance teams - multiple geographies

You'll play a key role and act as a leader to drive the continuous growth and work with business leaders to strive for commercial targets and strategic visions.
